What we collect

When you send a project request we collect what you enter: name, phone, optional email, city or ZIP, ADU type and project details. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring page and campaign tags (such as utm_source) to understand how visitors find us. Calls to our number may be logged with caller ID, time and duration, and may be recorded for quality.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to an independent ADU contractor serving your area, who may contact you about your project. Contractors may pay us for project requests or for use of this website. We send your request only to contractors who may do your project, and we don't sell or give your information to anyone for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Forms are processed by Formspree; analytics by Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager; hosting by Cloudflare. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Analytics and cookies

We measure page views and actions such as phone-link clicks and form submissions. We do not send your name, phone, email or message to analytics. Your browser may store first-visit campaign information locally so it can be attached to a request you send. You can block cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

Retention

We keep project requests as long as needed to deliver them and keep business records, then delete them.

Your choices

California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information. Call (925) 709-5438 to make a request; we will verify it and respond as required by law.

Who we are

Walnut Creek ADU Builders is an independent website that connects homeowners with local ADU contractors. We are not a contractor; contractors may pay us for project requests.
